# Terms of Service

## Acceptance

By downloading or using Catalogue Style, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

## The service

Catalogue Style is a personal wardrobe cataloging tool. AI-generated attributes (type, color, brand, and similar) are **suggestions** that may be incomplete or inaccurate — you confirm and edit your own records. Nothing blocks you from saving a partial record.

## Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

## Your content

You own the photos and information you add. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display that content back to you in order to provide the service. We don’t claim ownership of your wardrobe.

## Subscriptions

Cataloging and browsing are free. Insights, Outfits, and Trips require Catalogue Plus. Subscriptions are billed through the App Store and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel in your Apple account settings.

## Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, or use it to violate the law or others’ rights.

## AI & valuation disclaimer

AI suggestions and rules-based outfit ideas are provided as-is and are not professional, financial, or styling advice. Catalogue Style does not appraise resale or market value.

## Termination

You may stop using and delete the app at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated.

## Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Catalogue Style is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

## Changes & contact
